Blessing of the Animals! The Neighbourhood’s Favourite Tradition Returns!

☀️ Outdoors – Weather Permitting or inside the Chapel of St. James-The-Less.
️ Join us for the Blessing of the Animals, a beloved tradition that brings together our community each year in celebration of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals and all creation.
❤️ This meaningful service invites people of all ages to bring their pets -furry, feathered, scaled, or hooved-, to receive a blessing as we give thanks for the special role animals play in our lives and in God’s creation.
A joyful celebration that brings our neighbourhood together, full of wagging tails, warm hearts, and the shared love of God’s creatures.
All are welcome: pets and people alike.
